I had to read the flyer twice to be sure it said two days. The Holistic Wellness Event is back at the Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center in Broken Arrow for its seventh year, and this time it runs on Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days. It’s free, and kids are welcome.

The organizers call it Oklahoma’s largest natural health and wellness event. There are vendors, speakers, workshops and local food, and local sponsors pay for it, which is why nobody has to buy a ticket.

The Details I Checked First

  • When: Saturday, October 3, and Sunday, October 4, 2026, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
  • Where: Stoney Creek Hotel & Conference Center, 200 W Albany St, Broken Arrow, OK 74012.
  • Cost: Free, but you register first on HolisticOklahoma.com
  • Hosts: Oklahoma Center for Wellness and Andrea Reed
  • Title sponsors: AzureWell and Azure Standard

When I looked the hotel up, it came up as Stoney Creek Hotel Tulsa – Broken Arrow, which confused me for a second, but it’s the same place. It sits right next to Bass Pro Shops, parking is free, and the airport is about 15 minutes away.

Meet Your Hosts

What’s on the Vendor List

The flyer lists over sixty kinds of vendors. I went through them and sorted them into a few piles in my head:

  • chiropractors, massage, acupuncture, physical therapy and yoga.
  • doulas, midwives, lactation consultants and fertility support.
  • food trucks, local farmers, natural foods and nutritionists.
  • air and water filters, EMF products and non-toxic cleaning.
  • meditation, breathwork, sound healing, Reiki and spiritual counseling.
  • functional medicine, naturopaths, hormone support, IV drips, red light, cold plunge, sauna and thermography

The local food is the part I’d head to first. You get to meet the people who actually grow or raise what you eat, and no grocery store gives you that. If I had a baby on the way, I’d probably spend most of the afternoon at the doula and midwife tables.

The booth I’d be careful with is thermography. The FDA says it should be used alongside a mammogram, not instead of one, so I wouldn’t let a heat scan talk me out of my regular check. I’d feel the same about an IV drip, and I’d want to know who was doing it before I sat down.

Talks, Workshops and Who’s Paying for It

There will be speakers and workshops too, although nobody has said who yet. I’m curious about the schedule, because a good talk is often the thing people remember after an event like this.

The big name on the flyer is Azure. Azure Standard is a national company that sells organic and natural food, household goods and garden supplies, and you pick your order up at a local drop point instead of a shop. AzureWell is their wellness side, with supplements and similar products. Their slogan, “Healthy & Abundant Living,” is printed on the flyer as well.

The whole thing is put on by Oklahoma Center for Wellness, whose motto is “Learn, Teach, Heal, Thrive,” together with Andrea Reed.

If I could only make one of the two days, I’d pick Sunday and hope the aisles are a little quieter.
