The second edition of the National Healthcare Leadership Forum is happening on Friday, 27 November in New Delhi, and Voice of Healthcare has added a national awards night to it this time. VOH calls it their flagship year-end initiative. Last year the forum was held in the middle of December, so this edition has been preponed by around three weeks.
- Date: Friday, 27 November 2026.
- Time: 7 pm onwards.
- City: New Delhi.
- Organised by: Voice of Healthcare (VOH).

Last Year The Talk Was All About Tier-2 And Tier-3 Cities
The first edition was held on 17 December 2025 at Hyatt Regency, New Delhi. Hospital heads, medical device companies, investors, accreditation people and health-tech founders all sat together for one full day.
Dr Naveen Nischal, Founding Chairman of the VOH Network and co-founder of Ujala Cygnus, opened the day. He compared leadership in healthcare to a hurdle race, where you keep adjusting at every step and there is no fixed rulebook to follow. After him, Aryaman Tandon of Praxis Global Alliance presented India’s Vision 2030 for health.
The thread that ran through most of the sessions was healthcare moving towards Bharat, meaning the tier-2 and tier-3 cities and not only the metros.
What VOH Has Planned For The 2026 Edition
The invite list is the same kind of crowd: CEOs, CXOs, clinical leaders, policymakers, investors and healthcare innovators. Basically, the people who take the decisions.
Event Format & Structure

The evening is going to run in four parts:
- Leadership panels.
- One fireside spotlight session.
- An innovation showcase, where health-tech teams will show what they have built.
- The national awards ceremony at the end.
The awards are for leadership, innovation and excellence shown in Indian healthcare during the year. VOH has not shared the categories so far.
Key Discussion Topics

Five subjects are on the list: strategy, capital, digital transformation, policy and patient-centric care.
Under digital transformation, one would expect the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission to come up at some point, since hospitals across the country are still linking their records to it. And with last year’s focus on smaller cities, the capital panel will likely pick up the question of who is going to fund hospitals there.
Speakers

Names for 2026 are yet to be announced by VOH. Dr Nischal led from the front last year, so there is a fair chance of seeing him on stage again.
Registration is open on the VOH website, and the link is given in the details above.
